Digital Products Only

Products sold through Gothic Tattoo Designs are primarily digital tattoo designs, downloadable artwork, design bundles and custom digital tattoo concepts.

Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

Ready-made digital products are provided electronically using the delivery method available through the website or checkout.

This may include access through an order page, download link, account area or email associated with the order.

Customer Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address during checkout or when requesting a custom design.

Keep access to the email address used for the purchase because order confirmations, download information or service communication may be sent there.

File Formats

File formats vary depending on the product.

Available design packages may include formats such as:

• PNG artwork.
• High-resolution JPG artwork.
• PDF design files.
• SVG files where specifically included.

The product description should identify what formats are included before purchase.

Custom Tattoo Design Delivery

Custom tattoo designs require creative work and are not necessarily delivered instantly.

Delivery depends on the scope of the request, customer communication, included refinement rounds and completion of the agreed design process.

The completed artwork is provided digitally after the relevant custom design process has been completed.

If Your Email Does Not Arrive

If you are expecting an order-related email and do not see it, check:

• Your spam or junk folder.
• The email address entered during checkout.
• Other inbox categories or filtering tabs.

If you still cannot locate the delivery information, contact us.

Corrupted or Missing Files

If an included file is missing, corrupted or cannot be opened, contact Gothic Tattoo Designs before making another purchase.

Where possible, we will review the issue and provide appropriate access to the product originally purchased.

Backing Up Your Purchase

Once your digital tattoo design has been successfully downloaded, we recommend keeping your own secure backup.

Store important tattoo artwork somewhere you can access later when you are ready to meet your tattoo artist.

Using the Artwork With a Tattoo Artist

Digital tattoo artwork is intended to give you and your professional tattoo artist a clear visual concept.

The tattoo artist may adapt scale, proportions or line weight before preparing the final stencil.

Refunds & Delivery Problems

A technical delivery problem does not automatically mean that the order must be refunded if the purchased product can be correctly provided.
